Suitable for Aluminium batches up to 300 kg capacity, PURIFAL is a real alternative to the standard treatment means :

PURIFAL allows the injection of Nitrogen via a porous diffuser and facilitates its dispersion with the help of a rotor.

Very easy to move and to use :
· all of the equipment including the Nitrogen gas cylinder is fixed onto a simple 2-wheels trolley which allows easy move from one furnace to another.

Moving the trolley means moving all of the necessary equipment for the treatment, without any other need of handling or linking.

· Default alarm on gas supply.
· Electro valve security.
· Timer to program the duration of treatment.
· Sound and visual alarms for end of treatment.

This degassing unit is considered as "hand-portable" :
· the operator carries the rotor system from the trolley frame and puts it manually on position. Its tripod is placed on the edge of the furnace.

For information, a 250 kg batch will be treated with the following parameters :
· pressure : 1 bar
· flow rate : 6 to 8 litres/mn
· duration : 7 minutes
